Jay Milano collects $15,000

Anyone considering hiring Jay Milano should read the attached report about his conduct in Tony's case. Mr. Milano collected $15,000 for an investigation but never paid his investigator -- he showed up at a criminal trial without any documents or witness interview summaries. During trial, Milano claimed his law firm was going out of business and needed "an immediate infusion" of $25,000 in the form of a "short-term loan." Mr. Milano then tried to force me to sign a new fee agreement -- a contingency fee agreement -- during trial. He also demanded I sign over an insurance policy to him as well. Mr. Milano has a long history of ripping people off. If you don't agree, contact Dr. Terrence Sasaki and he'll share his story with you!
